Refunds or exchange

Sorry we do not do any refunds or exchange of any products as all products are made to order to your child's sizing.

Refunds are only possible in case where the products cannot be made due to unavailability of material or in case where the production hasn't started; in such a case refund will be provided within 7-10 working days.
